Hughes & Associates (certified MBE, SBE, & HUB), is a strategic consulting firm specializing in Human Resources, People & Culture, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. With over 25 years of experience across private, public, nonprofit, Canadian, and multi-state environments, we help organizations strengthen their culture, develop leaders, and achieve sustainable, people-centered results.
We bring a unique blend of HR expertise, I/O psychology, legal insight, and real-world operations experience supporting major programs, diverse workforces, and complex organizational challenges.
